Believe me when I say that you are not the only one that has been bored out of their skin lately, I understand, and you’re not alone on this *wipes invisible tear *. So here is the list of my favorite Netflix TV shows, written from scratch with my honest review. I know we are all looking for something to Binge watch.

Sex education

Just like every teenager and young adult in high school we have all been sexually educated. The show stars Asa Butterield as Otis who is a socially awkward teenager and is not really experienced when it comes to sex and is seen as weird because he is not as drawn to sexual activities like his peers. Having a mom, who is a sex therapist, Otis has always been surrounded by sexual content all his life, and you could say that he is good at giving sexual advice to his peers. He teams up with a baddie in his school Emma Mackey who plays the role of Maeve and they both start up a sex therapy clinic. If you were  having thoughts about checking this top Netflix TV show out, you can check it out now.

My honest review: I’ll honestly say that this is a good show for teenagers and young adults. Finishing the entire two seasons of this TV show in a couple of days, you can say that I am obsessed *wipes invisible tears again *.

This is one of the most educating Netflix TV shows yet funny and entertaining and helps teenagers discover their sexuality and learn a lot about their bodies. If you cannot handle mature scenes, you probably shouldn’t watch this.

Statistics: 96% of Google users have liked this Netflix TV show and it has been rated 8.3 out of 10 on IMDb. The show just having eight episodes in the first season is a good start if you want to check it out.
Never have I ever

I’m yet to check this Netflix TV show out, seeing all the reviews that most of my friends have given about the show, I think I’m going to give this show a try.

This is a Netflix TV show created by Mindy kaling and Lang fisher. It is about a fifteen year old Indian-American girl , Devi Vashiwakumar {Maitreyi Ramakrishnan } from California who is willing to make a change to her social status but the people around her {her family} are giving her a hard time.

After losing her Dad, Devi is unable to walk for three months. The following year Devi is dealing with grief, her identity as Indian and her school life which includes her friends, Eleanor and Fabiola and her crush, Paxton and nemesis, Ben.

My Honest Review: Only watching the trailer, you can already tell that it would be a good Netflix TV show for teens and young adults. With only 1 season that has just been released by Netflix with just 10 episodes, you’re in for some thrilling Netflix drama. Since this is an honest review, if you don’t like high school TV shows, this shouldn’t be on your Netflix download list

YOU BETTER CHECK THIS OUT, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
On My Block

This is one of my personal favorites and being a teenager myself, I can already see why a lot teens like this particular Netflix TV show . And from the title, ” On My Block ” , it’s a not so friendly neighborhood kind of drama.

This Netflix TV shows about four friends who just started High school and all the struggles that they face in their neighborhood as they discover more secrets and hidden things.

I don’t want to act as a spoiler for people that haven’t checked it out , but, if you’re interested in a little bit of high school romance, Comedy, mystery and some action, this Netflix show is for you. Released in 2018, I would say that this is one of the best Netflix series of 2018. (According to collider.com)

My honest review: Watching the three seasons of this Netflix TV show, I would say that I am blown away by the cliff hangers, suspense and drama that they have going on. I’ll definitely rate it a five out of five. Since this is an honest review, if you are not a fan of long Netflix TV shows, this shouldn’t be on your Netflix download list.

MONEY HEIST

So if you came all the way here expecting a teen Netflix drama, I’m sorry but, this particular Netflix TV show is not centered on teens. So if you’re looking for something on the mature side, then you should check out money heist.

Money Heist {La Casa de Papel} is a Spanish television Netflix TV show that is about eight thieves and a smart professor who have all teamed up to pull the biggest heist in history. With hostages in the Bank of Spain, they are ready for anything even if it involves going against the police.

My Honest Review: Watch it! I can’t say anything more than that. My blog is here to give you what you need and if you’re looking for some action on your Netflix download list, be sure to check it out , with only three seasons as of 2019 and the fourth season which came out in 2020, you’ll surely get into it as you go on.

If you can’t handle mature scenes, you should probably not watch this.

STRANGER THINGS

So I wasn’t really a huge fan of this particular Netflix TV show until I started to see lot of good reviews about the show and how it gained popularity so quickly. If you are like me and you got discouraged from the start, maybe it’s a good time to change your mind and try something outside your comfort zone.

Stranger things is not like your average Netflix TV show, it is an American science fiction television series.

Science fiction? I know, it’s not really my thing too.

The first season is about a young boy who suddenly disappeared in their town and with the sudden supernatural events that have been happening in their town that keeps shocking everyone, to make things even more shocking, a young girl with psychokinetic abilities suddenly appears in their town.

Sounds cool.

My honest review: You can definitely watch this even I you’re not a fan of science fiction, looking at the characters and plot, you can tell that there is a lot mystery in this thrilling Netflix TV show. So what are you waiting for? , Grab some popcorn and a drink. Sit back and relax.

Statistics: With only three seasons of this Netflix TV show , 97% of Google users have liked this television series and it has been rated 8.8 out of 10 on IMDb [Shocking ! , you better check this out ].



PEAKY BLINDERS

If you like a bit of crime in your television series and you don’t want to check out money heist [which you should]. Peaky blinders is the best option for you.

With only five seasons, this British crime drama television series is the best thing to watch during this quarantine. It follows a criminal gang based in Birmingham in 1919 called peaky blinders. The Detective chief inspector, Chester Campbell in the Royal Irish constabulary had been sent to clean up the city of the Irish republican army, communists and criminals. Thomas Shelby {Major character} who is the leader of the peaky blinders has to deal with Chester Campbell who wants to put an end to the gangs’ activities.

My honest review: If you enjoy crime and long Netflix TV shows with up to three seasons and more. Peaky blinders should be your top pick.

TIGER KING

The last but not the least.

Tiger king: Murder, Mayhem and madness is a true crime documentary about the lie of a zoo keeper. If you’re a huge fan of documentaries then you should check this out. There’s not much I can say about this particular Netflix TV show since I am not a fan of documentaries.

Then why did you put it on the list?

This is on the list because of the reviews this show has gotten on Netflix and just because I don’t like something doesn’t mean that other people won’t like it.

Looking at the ratings on IMDb, it’s pretty good for a documentary {7.6 out of 10 and 85% of Google users like this Netflix TV show.
